Guisborough (GHIZ-bər-ə) è una città e una parrocchia civile sul lato sud del fiume Tees nel North Yorkshire, Inghilterra, all'interno del borough di Redcar e Cleveland, che in precedenza aveva formato il suo proprio borough reale come distretto del North Riding di Yorkshire. Il quartiere di Guisborough aveva una popolazione di 7.662 nel censimento del 2011. La parrocchia civile, che comprende i villaggi circostanti di Upleatham, Dunsdale e Newton under Roseberry, aveva una popolazione di 17.777.
Il nome Guisborough ha origine dal nome personale Gigi con "burn", in seguito modificato in borough, per riflettere il suo ex stato di città principale di un distretto del North Riding di Yorkshire.
