Il Regno dell'Anglia orientale fu uno dei sette regni anglosassoni in Gran Bretagna durante l'Alto Medioevo.
Il regno si estendeva sulle attuali contee inglesi di Norfolk e Suffolk, che costituiscono la regione tuttora nota come Anglia orientale . Era affacciato sul Mare del Nord ed il fiume Stour lo separava dal Regno dell'Essex, suo vicino meridionale. A nord-ovest, comprendeva la regione paludosa nota come Fenlands o the Fens .
