Il disco di Festo è un reperto archeologico ritrovato nell'omonima città di Festo, sull'isola di Creta, sotto un muro di un palazzo minoico.
Fu trovato il 3 luglio del 1908 da una spedizione archeologica italiana guidata da Luigi Pernier e Federico Halbherr. Attualmente è conservato al museo archeologico di Candia a Creta. È un disco di terracotta, delle dimensioni di 16 centimetri di diametro e 16 millimetri di spessore; la datazione stratigrafica ne attribuisce l'età al 1700 a.C. il disco contiene 241 simboli impressi quando l'argilla era ancora fresca.
