Dupiani è la roccia con il primo monastero fondato a Meteora, il Monastero della Santa Vergine di Dupiani, noto anche come Monastero della Panagia Parthenos Kyriakou. Fu fondato nel 1347 dal ieromonaco Nil, secondo una cronaca del XVI secolo. Gli asceti del skete abitavano le grotte circostanti, scendendo nella valle ogni domenica per la Liturgia Divina nel katholikon. Questa chiesa è sopravvissuta fino ai giorni nostri in condizioni relativamente buone, così come alcuni dei affreschi al suo interno. Sono stati effettuati lavori di ristrutturazione nel 1867 e nel 1974. Tuttavia, il monastero originale stesso non è sopravvissuto.
