Marano di Valpolicella è un comune italiano di 3 124 abitanti della provincia di Verona in Veneto, situato nel cuore della Valpolicella.
Il comune si estende su circa 18,63 km² di territorio che dà origine ad una vallata inserita tra quelle di Negrar ad est e quella di Fumane ad ovest, mentre a sud essa si apre sulla pianura veronese confinando con San Pietro in Cariano.
La sede comunale dista circa 18 chilometri in linea d'aria da Verona in direzione nord ovest. Oltre al capoluogo, il comune è composto dalle frazioni di Pezza, San Rocco e Valgatara.
