Helzer Klaus era un luogo di pellegrinaggio e in passato conteneva un magnifico altare gotico. Oggi è presente solo una copia in gesso. L'originale si trova oggi nella chiesa di Hachiville. È considerato uno dei più bei tesori artistici del Lussemburgo.
A quell'altare è legata anche una leggenda. L'altare era in realtà destinato a una chiesa in Belgio. Durante il trasporto, i buoi si fermarono per bere vicino alla cappella. Quando volevano ripartire, però, rimasero inchiodati a terra e non si muovevano più. Questo fu visto come un segno che l'altare apparteneva a questa cappella.
