Le Pannone Rosse è un'ex prigione lungo il Oude Gracht a Veenhuizen. Dal 1 gennaio 2012, il Ministero della Giustizia ha trasferito il complesso all'Agenzia degli Edifici Statali. Il Museo della Prigione può organizzare visite guidate nelle Pannone Rosse, finché la prigione è vuota. Inoltre, il complesso è stato utilizzato per girare la serie televisiva Overspel, il film Pietje Bell 2 La caccia alla corona degli zar e la serie YouTube Het Jachtseizoen.
