Terborg è una piccola città nella Achterhoek che fa parte del comune di Oude IJsselstreek (fino al 2005: comune di Wisch), nella provincia olandese di Gelderland. Terborg contava all'inizio del 2008 4.529 abitanti. Terborg si trova a circa 7 chilometri a sud-est di Doetinchem e confina con Gaanderen a nord, Etten a ovest e Silvolde a sud. Terborg ha una stazione ferroviaria, sulla linea ferroviaria Arnhem - Winterswijk. Terborg si trova lungo l'Oude IJssel. Nel centro della città si trova il castello di Wisch. A sud-est si trova l'area naturale della Paasberg. Terborg ottenne i diritti di città nel 1419. Il santo patrono della città è San Giorgio.
