Il complesso Zernike, noto anche come Campus Zernike Groningen, è un'area nel nord della città di Groningen che fa parte del quartiere Paddepoel. Prende il nome dallo scienziato Frits Zernike che nel 1953 ricevette il Premio Nobel per la Fisica. Nell'area si trova una concentrazione di edifici dell'Università di Groningen e dell'Hanzehogeschool Groningen, nonché sedi di altre istituzioni e aziende, come Google. Su una parte del terreno lungo il Reitdiep sorgeva in passato il villaggio di Blauwborgje.
