La Kroonvense Heide è, insieme a De Pals, un'area di 508 ha a sud di Bladel, che consiste principalmente in foreste di conifere. Queste sono state piantate all'inizio del XX secolo su ex brughiere, che sono state parzialmente convertite in aree agricole e parzialmente in foreste produttive.
Nel’estremità orientale di quest’area scorre l'Aa o Goorloop. Qui si trova una trappola per sabbia a forma di un piccolo lago intaccato. Nelle vicinanze del fiume si possono trovare anche boschi di latifoglie.
