La Armenmolen è uno dei rari mulini ad acqua rimasti lungo l'Ittersebeek a Neeritter. Questo mulino a caduta era utilizzato come mulino per cereali.
La prima menzione scritta di un mulino in questo luogo risale al 1280. Anche nel 1535 fu costruito un Armenmolen, ma non è chiaro se si trovasse nello stesso luogo dell'attuale mulino. Un documento della Schepenbank di Neeritter menziona che l'attuale mulino fu costruito tra il 1684 e il 1687. Le travi di legno portano l'anno 1686. Questo mulino fu fondato dal signore del castello di Borgitter per essere donato ai poveri.
