Descrizione del progetto
Il progetto Tenuta Kraaiveld comprende l'iniziativa privata per lo sviluppo della natura, un'azienda agricola sociale e 13 abitazioni. L'area del progetto si trova parzialmente a Woudrichem e parzialmente a Werkendam. Con cinque parti coinvolte sono stati stipulati accordi e definiti termini nel 2009 riguardo allo sviluppo, alle garanzie finanziarie e alla continuità della tenuta. I consigli comunali di Woudrichem e Werkendam hanno successivamente approvato il piano urbanistico il 15 dicembre 2009. È stato presentato un ricorso, ma questo è stato dichiarato infondato dal Consiglio di Stato il 22 dicembre 2010.
Attualmente, le nuove abitazioni a nord della Jan Spieringweg sono state realizzate. Anche due dei 8 lotti sull'isola forte sono stati venduti. L'azienda agricola sociale è stata costruita e messa in uso. La nuova natura è stata parzialmente creata.
