La stazione di Amsterdam Muiderpoort o Muiderpoortstation è una stazione ferroviaria situata in Oosterspoorplein presso il viadotto Wijttenbachstraat/Insulindeweg ad Amsterdam-Oost. Questa stazione a biforcazione si trova all'incrocio delle linee ferroviarie Amsterdam – Utrecht e Amsterdam – Amersfoort.
Dal 1896 al 1937 era una fermata bassa sulla linea ferroviaria verso Hilversum, a nord dell'attuale stazione. Anche se la stazione prendeva il nome dalla Muiderpoort, si trovava a quasi un chilometro a est della Muiderpoort. La stazione aveva allora un solo marciapiede centrale.
