La tramvia a vapore del museo Hoorn–Medemblik percorre una tratta lunga 20 chilometri nei Paesi Bassi.
La linea ferroviaria fu originariamente gestita dalla Locaalspoorwegmaatschappij Hollands Noorderkwartier dal 1884 al 1935. Fu inaugurata il 3 novembre 1887. La tratta si snoda su un percorso tortuoso, per mantenere al minimo le espropriazioni necessarie per la costruzione della linea. Inizialmente furono utilizzate locomotive a vapore, a partire dal 1929 furono impiegate locomotive diesel. Durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, la linea rimase inattiva dal 1 gennaio 1936 al 29 maggio 1940. Il servizio passeggeri fu sospeso contemporaneamente alla chiusura della stazione ferroviaria di Medemblik il 5 gennaio 1941.
