Die Museumstoomtram Hoorn–Medemblik verkehrt auf einer 20 Kilometer langen Strecke in den Niederlanden.
Die Bahnstrecke wurde ursprünglich von 1884 bis 1935 von der Locaalspoorwegmaatschappij Hollands Noorderkwartier betrieben. Sie wurde am 3. November 1887 eröffnet. Die Strecke verläuft auf einer kurvenreichen Trasse, um die für den Streckenbau erforderlichen Enteignungen so gering wie möglich zu halten. Anfangs wurden Dampflokomotiven eingesetzt, ab 1929 Diesellokomotiven. Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs war die Strecke vom 1. Januar 1936 bis 29. Mai 1940 nicht in Betrieb. Der Personenverkehr wurde zeitgleich mit der Stilllegung des Eisenbahn-Bahnhofs in Medemblik am 5. Januar 1941 eingestellt.
