De Museumstoomtram Hoorn-Medemblik voert met historisch stoomtrammaterieel een dienst uit op de toeristische spoorweg Hoorn – Medemblik. Het bedrijf exploiteert ook, in samenwerking met Rederij Gebhard, de bootdienst Medemblik – Enkhuizen met het museumschip MS Friesland.
Dit zijn twee van de drie onderdelen van de 'Historische Driehoek', een dagtocht die men kan maken tussen de Westfriese steden Hoorn, Medemblik en Enkhuizen, waarbij de derde zijde van de driehoek gevormd wordt door de spoorlijn Hoorn – Enkhuizen met de reguliere treindienst van de NS.
