El tranvía de museo Hoorn–Medemblik opera en una ruta de 20 kilómetros en los Países Bajos.
La línea fue operada originalmente por la Locaalspoorwegmaatschappij Hollands Noorderkwartier desde 1884 hasta 1935. Se inauguró el 3 de noviembre de 1887. La ruta transcurre por un trayecto lleno de curvas, para minimizar al máximo las expropiaciones necesarias para la construcción de la línea. Al principio se utilizaron locomotoras de vapor, y a partir de 1929 locomotoras diésel. Durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, la línea no estuvo en funcionamiento desde el 1 de enero de 1936 hasta el 29 de mayo de 1940. El servicio de pasajeros se interrumpió al mismo tiempo que el cierre de la estación de tren en Medemblik el 5 de enero de 1941.
