La Grote Kerk è una chiesa nella città olandese di Hoorn, nella provincia olandese dell'Olanda Settentrionale. Si trova nella piazza della chiesa, che circonda la chiesa, ed è un elemento caratteristico del panorama cittadino di Hoorn, accanto alla chiesa cattolica dei Santi Ciria e Francesco. La torre è alta 60 metri.
La chiesa fu costruita dal 1881 al 1883, su progetto di Constantijn Muysken, in sostituzione della chiesa molto più grande che si trovava nello stesso luogo e che era stata distrutta da un fulmine nel 1878. A sua volta, quella chiesa era essa stessa una chiesa profondamente ristrutturata del 1842, progettata da Karel Georg Zocher.
