Rilland-Bath è una stazione ferroviaria nel comune Zeeuws di Reimerswaal, situata lungo la linea Roosendaal - Vlissingen. La stazione si trova nel villaggio di Stationsbuurt, a poco più di un chilometro a nord-ovest del paese di Rilland, dal quale è separata dall'A58. La stazione è stata inaugurata nel 1872. Nell'ottobre del 1945 l'edificio della stazione è stato distrutto da un incendio. L'ultimo edificio della stazione risale al 1951 ed è stato progettato da Sybold van Ravesteyn; nella primavera del 2006 è stato demolito. I binari sono disposti secondo il posizionamento a baionetta, il che significa obliqui l'uno all'altro, su entrambi i lati del passaggio a livello. La stazione prende il nome dall'ex comune di Rilland-Bath.
