Il municipio di Heerlen è l'attuale municipio del comune di Heerlen ed è un monumento nazionale. Il municipio di Heerlen è un progetto dell'architetto Peutz ed è stato costruito tra il 1936 e il 1942.
Sul retro, in Geleenstraat, si trovava fino al completamento dell'attuale complesso il vecchio municipio. Questo edificio funzionò come municipio fino al 1941, poiché la costruzione del nuovo municipio subì ritardi a causa dello scoppio della guerra.
Nel 2015 il comune decise di acquistare e demolire l'ufficio comunale adiacente in Geleenstraat. Il nuovo ufficio comunale dovrà essere un edificio più aperto e più in linea con il municipio.
