Oud-Charlois è il nucleo storico del quartiere di Charlois a Rotterdam. Oud-Charlois è delimitato a est dalla Dorpsweg, a sud dalla Kromme Zandweg, a ovest dall'impianto del Waalhaven-Oostzijde e a nord dal Nieuwe Maas.
