La Zittwerke AG era un'azienda fantasma della Junkers Flugzeug- und Motorenwerke AG, attiva dal 1944 al 1945 a Zittau e nel suo quartiere Großporitsch.
Dopo che dall'inizio del 1943 gli Alleati iniziarono a condurre sempre più attacchi aerei contro i centri industriali e le aree urbane tedesche, molte delle aziende coinvolte nella produzione bellica iniziarono a cercare sedi adatte per delocalizzare la produzione. Queste includevano sia impianti di delocalizzazione sotterranei sia aziende fantasma create al di fuori delle aree urbane.
