Vila Nova de Santo André, comunemente chiamata Santo André, è una città situata vicino all'Oceano Atlantico e appartenente al comune di Santiago do Cacém, Alentejo Litoral, in Portogallo. La popolazione nel 2011 era di 10.647, in un'area di 75,11 km².
È una città pianificata costruita negli anni '80, per servire l'industria petrolifera della regione. È, tra tutte le parrocchie di Santiago do Cacém, quella più vicina al mare ed è circondata come segue: a nord, da Melides; a ovest, dall'Oceano Atlantico; a est, da Santiago do Cacém e Santa Cruz; e a sud, da Sines. È una delle città più giovani del mondo con circa due anni come città e 30 anni dalla sua fondazione. È per lo più un sobborgo residenziale per la città industriale di Sines, da cui dista circa 10 miglia.
