Il Lizandro, noto anche come Ribeira do Mourão, Ribeira de Anços, Ribeira dos Tostões, Ribeira de Cheleiros, è un fiume nel distretto di Lisbona, Portogallo. La posizione esatta della sua sorgente è sconosciuta, a causa della mancanza di studi. La sua foce si trova a Carvoeira, Mafra, Portogallo, in una spiaggia chiamata Foz do Lizandro, che ha una certificazione di spiaggia Bandiera Blu. Il bacino del fiume ha tre aree protette: due pavimenti di calcare e il masso di Lexim. La valle di Cheleiros, attraverso la quale passa il Lizandro, è stata immortalata nel Memorial do Convento di José Saramago.
