La contea di Marengo, in inglese Marengo County, è una contea dello Stato dell'Alabama, negli Stati Uniti. La popolazione al censimento del 2000 era di 22 539 abitanti. Il capoluogo di contea è Linden. Il nome deriva dalla battaglia di Marengo, svoltasi a Spinetta Marengo nel giugno 1800.
La contea si trova nella parte occidentale dell'Alabama. Lo United States Census Bureau certifica che l'estensione della contea è di 2546 km², di cui 2531 km² composti da terra ed i rimanenti 15 km² composti di acqua.
