La diocesi comprende 7 parrocchie civili della Louisiana, negli Stati Uniti d'America: Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, Vermilion. Comprende inoltre la parte occidentale della parrocchia di St. Mary.
