Il monastero Mater Ecclesiae è un monastero situato all'interno della Città del Vaticano, nei Giardini Vaticani, vicino alla Fontana dell'Aquilone.
Il complesso, intitolato a Maria Madre della Chiesa, è stato costruito tra il 1992 e il 1994 al posto di un edificio amministrativo della Gendarmeria Vaticana, integrandolo con la vecchia residenza dei giardinieri. La struttura, a forma di parallelepipedo, è divisa in due parti: a ovest si trova la cappella di due piani, a est gli ambienti monastici e le 12 celle, strutturati su quattro piani. Accanto al monastero si trova un orto, dove vengono coltivate frutta e verdura con metodi biologici.
