We geven het maar meteen toe: met muziek heeft dit bos weinig te maken. De 'Muz' is Keltisch voor 'moeras'. Toch heeft deze wandelroute veel noten op haar zang. Zelfs de startplaats klinkt als muziek in de oren: Louise-Marie. De naam van dit gehucht op de grens van Ronse en Maarkedal is een eerbetoon aan de eerste Belgische koningin. Zij overleed op de dag dat de nieuwe kerk van dit dorpje werd ingehuldigd. Letterlijk hoogtepunt is de top van de Muziekberg (148m), waarop een toren staat
