Het Dal van Uco is een wijnbouw regio ten zuidwesten van Mendoza, in Argentinië. Gelegen langs de rivier de Tunuyán, wordt de Uco Valley alom beschouwd als een van de beste wijnstreken in Mendoza, en zelfs van geheel Argentinië. De gemiddelde temperatuur is 14ºC en hoogtes variëren van 900 tot 1.200 meter (2.950 tot 3.930 voet) boven de zeespiegel. De combinatie van grote hoogte, alluviale gronden, irrigatie afkomstig uit de Andes-gebergte, een lang groeiseizoen ~ meer dan 250 zonnige dagen per jaar, weinig regen en grote temperatuurverschillen tussen dag en nacht zijn allemaal bevorderlijk voor groeiende kwaliteit wijndruiven. De Uco Vallei maakt steevast deel uit van de Argentijnse wijnroute. Traditioneel zijn de druivensoorten in dit gebied Sémillon en Malbec; samen met Bonarda en Barbera in een kleinere hoeveelheid.
