Het klooster Maria Luggau in Maria Luggau in de gemeente Lesachtal grenst aan de pelgrimskerk Maria Schnee.
In 1591 stichtten de Franciscanen een vestiging op in Maria Luggau. In 1593 werd de eerste steen voor de kloosterbouw gelegd. Al in 1628 werden de Franciscanen uit Maria Luggau teruggeroepen. In 1635 vond de overdracht van de kerk, het klooster en de parochie aan de Servieten plaats. In 1640 verwoestte een brand het klooster, het kerkdak en de bovenste torenverdieping. Tussen 1640 en 1661 werd het klooster opnieuw opgebouwd. Een andere brand vernietigde in 1738 een begonnen uitbreiding, het kerkdak en de klokkengeschiedenis van de toren. De ingrijpende vernieuwing van het klooster werd in 1741 voltooid.
