De halte Salzburg Mülln-Altstadt is een sinds 2009 in gebruik zijnde treinhalte in de Oostenrijkse stad Salzburg aan de spoorlijn Rosenheim–Salzburg. Sinds de voltooiing van de planning van het project S-Bahn Salzburg wordt er gesproken over de opening van verdere stations en haltes langs de spoorlijn Salzburg Hbf–Rosenheim, waarbij de focus lag op het traject tussen Salzburg Hbf en het station Freilassing, omdat dit gunstig ligt om bevolkingsrijke wijken van Salzburg aan het openbaar vervoer te verbinden. Daarom werden in december 2009 de stations Salzburg Mülln-Altstadt en Salzburg Aiglhof in gebruik genomen. De halte Salzburg Liefering, verder richting Freilassing, ging in 2014 in gebruik.
