De parochiekerk van Waldhausen im Strudengau bevindt zich in de gemeente Waldhausen im Strudengau in het beneden-Mühlviertel in Opper-Oostenrijk. De rooms-katholieke parochiekerk hl. Johannes de Doper behoort tot het dekenaat Grein in het bisdom Linz. De kerk staat onder monumentenzorg.
De parochiekerk, ook wel Marktkirche Waldhausen genoemd, werd onder leiding van proost Hermann Partenreuther door de Linzer architect Hiob Eder tussen 1608 en 1612 in gotische stijl gebouwd. Door de twee torens met spiltrap krijgt de kerk een versterkt uiterlijk. Aan de zuidgevel bevindt zich een opmerkelijk renaissanceportaal. Het is een driebeukige kerkruimte met grote gotische ramen. Het plafond, voorzien van granieten ribs, wordt gedragen door achtkante pilaren.
