Het station Wien Nussdorf ligt in de 19e Wener gemeente Döbling in het district Nussdorf. Hier kruisen de Franz-Josefs-Bahn en de Donauuferbahn elkaar. Regionale treinen en S-Bahn-treinen van lijn S40 stoppen hier. Het station Nussdorf werd geopend op 23 juni 1870, gelijktijdig met de ingebruikname van de Franz-Josefs-Bahn op het traject Eggenburg–Wien. Toen was Nussdorf nog een zelfstandige gemeente. In 1878 werd de Donauuferbahn in het station opgenomen en in 1889 werd de Franz-Josefs-Bahn dubbelsporig uitgebouwd. Van 1898 tot 1918 werd het station ook bediend door de Wener stadsbaan. Het oorspronkelijke stationsgebouw werd in 1900 vervangen door een ruim nieuwbouw, dat een perron aan het huiszijde en een middenperron omvatte. Sindsdien is de buitenkant van het station nauwelijks veranderd. Op 1 oktober 1978 werden de Franz-Josefs-Bahn en de Donauuferbahn geëlektrificeerd.
