De parochiekerk van Scharnitz staat in de gemeente Scharnitz, in het district Imst, in de deelstaat Tirol. De rooms-katholieke kerk, die onder de bescherming van Maria Help der Christenen staat, behoort tot het dekanaat Telfs in het bisdom Innsbruck. De kerk en de voormalige begraafplaats staan onder monumentenzorg. In documenten werd in 1630 een kerk genoemd. Een kerkgebouw uit 1797 werd in 1809 door een brand verwoest, de opvolger brandde in 1893 af. De huidige kerk werd in 1896 gebouwd door de architect Peter Huter. In 1954/1955 vond er een renovatie plaats.
