Sint-Monulfus en Gondulfuskerk

De kerk van Mechelen-aan-de-Maas, de kern van deze fusiegemeente, is toegewijd aan twee bisschoppen van Maastricht uit de zesde eeuw.
Het is een neoclassicistisch gebouw, hoofdzakelijk in baksteen, uit 1851-1854. Architect is de Hasselaar Herman Jaminé.
De kerk is getooid met enkele oudere cultusobjecten zoals de 12de eeuwse doopvont en de 16de eeuwse beelden van Monulfus en Gondulfus.
De 19de eeuwse altaren werden in 2004 gerestaureerd. In 2007 werd het vernieuwde orgel ingehuldigd, een combinatie van een Clerinx-orgel (1854) en Geurts-orgel (1912).
