Het Sint-Elisabethbegijnhof van Kortrijk is één van de best bewaarde begijnhoven van Vlaanderen. Sinds 1998 prijkt het samen met 12 andere Vlaamse begijnhoven op de lijst van de UNESCO met waardevol erfgoed. Het Kortrijkse begijnhof is een ommuurde woongemeenschap van 41 huisjes met een multifunctioneel gemeenschapsgebouw en een kapel. Het werd in 1238 gesticht. Het huidige uitzicht dateert uit de 17de eeuw. Het museum zelf is voor onbepaalde tijd gesloten.
