Het park Disveld ligt in de schaduw van de Doomkerkse kerktoren. Er is een speelbos, speelweide, speelmoeras, boomgaard en educatieve poel, schapenweide, openlucht theater en leuke speeltoestellen. Rusten kan op de banken of picknickplaatsen. Ideaal dus voor de kids. De kerk werd prachtig gerestaureerd, zeker de muurschilderingen waren een monnikenwerk.
