Rechthoekige kapel van twee traveeën, onder zadeldak (kunstleien), met klokkeruitertje boven de voorgevel. Het huidige uitzicht is het resultaat van een verbreding uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw, de kern is ouder. Het laat-gotische portaal dateert uit de tweede helft van de 16de eeuw en de kapel staat reeds aangeduid op de Ferrariskaart (1771-1777). Oorspronkelijk was de kapel smaller; sporen van de oorspronkelijke, steile dakhelling bleven behouden.
