Startpunt wandeling: Grote Markt Herentals
Vertrek op de Grote Markt ter hoogte van de Lakenhal. Verlaat de Grote Markt zuidelijk via de Bovenrij (links als je je naar hotel “De Zalm” richt). Neem op het einde van de Grote Markt (net voor de Bovenrij), het Lantaarnpad links. Volg ze tot de kruising met de Nonnestraat, vervolg aan de overkant van de Nonnestraat je weg via het fiets en wandelpad. Draai rechts als je aan de parking komt naar de Nonnevest, en draai nogmaal rechts de oprijlaan op. Hier kun je links het wandelpad op de wallen nemen.
