Terug op de oude spoorwegbedding zien we links de Daknamse bossen liggen, een iets hoger gelegen zanderige zone. Rechts liggen de Daknamse meersen, een natuurgebied van 22 hectare rivier- en veenhooilanden. Voor Urbanus zijn de Daknamse bossen geen onbekende. In zijn 133ste verhaal belandt hij in de bossen en baant hij zich met een specialefietsroutemaakkruiwagen een weg naar het prehistorische Lokeren.
