Back on the old railway bed, we see to the left the Daknam woods, a somewhat elevated sandy area. To the right lie the Daknam meadows, a nature reserve of 22 hectares of river and peat grasslands. For Urbanus, the Daknam woods are not unfamiliar. In his 133rd story, he ends up in the woods and uses a special bicycle route wheelbarrow to make his way to prehistoric Lokeren.
