Description

Landhuis in brutalistische stijl, eigen woning van architect Olivier De Landtsheer, ontworpen in 1973 en voltooid in 1976. De vrijstaande villa is ingeplant op een hellend terrein van 77 are, gelegen te midden van de landerijen aan een zijweg van de Gentsesteenweg. De architectuur is representatief voor het residentiële oeuvre van De Landtsheer uit de jaren 1970, periode waarin ook een van zijn belangrijkste realisaties tot stand kwam, de voormalige regionale zetel van de Generale Bank (huidige Campus Dirk Martens) aan de Kwalestraat in Aalst.
