Drie verdiepingen hoog gebouw in traditionele bak- en zandsteenstijl van de eerste helft van de 17de eeuw. Voorheen kruisvensters voorzien van dubbele ontlastingsboogjes overspannen door een grote boog in waaiervorm. Tentdak bekroond met een kleine lantaarn uit de 18de eeuw(?). Benedenverdieping aangepast tijdens de 19de eeuw. Heden deel uitmakend van de school der zusters ursulinen.
