Description

Alleenstaand landhuis zogenaamd Villa Marguerite (zie opschrift in paneel) in eclectische stijl. Naar ontwerp van C. Van Herp van 1923 opgericht als luxueus woonhuis, naar ontwerp van 1938 verbouwd tot twee woningen in opdracht van A.S.E.D. (Woonwijk naar ontwerp van 1928, ten zuiden van de Vaartstraat opgetrokken ten behoeve van de werknemers van het tussen de Appeldonkstraat en de spoorlijn gelegen A.S.E.D.).
