Kapel van O.-L.-Vrouw Troost in Nood, ook gekend als "Beels kapel", herbouwd in 1949 op de plaats van een begin 19de-eeuws kapelletje.
Historiek :
In 1810 bouwt Franciscus Beel nabij zijn hoeve een kapel als dank voor de behouden thuiskomst van zijn zoon Petrus uit het Franse leger. De kapel, die op het primitief kadasterplan (ca. 1830) weergegeven wordt, wordt in de loop der tijd meermaals beschadigd en bestolen, doch telkens door de familie Beel hersteld.
In 1842 vereert pater Jozef Beel, zoon van Petrus Beel, de kapel met verschillende relikwieën, o.m. van het H. Kruis, het Graf van Maria, H. Barbara, H. Antonius Abt en H. Cornelius.
In 1949 laat E.H. Alfons Beel de huidige kapel oprichten na opnieuw een behouden terugkomst van een familielid, ditmaal van priester Remi Beel die tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog in Brussel gevangen gehouden wordt.
