Jacques en Annie kijken vanuit hun woonkamer uit op de wijngaard. Deze is gelegen op een halve hectare zandleemgrond met lichte helling gericht naar het westen en op de zuidflank in het dal van het dorp. In 2013 maakten zij voor het eerst enkele veelbelovende wijnen, waaronder de Pinot Auxerrois. Het Heuvellandse wijndomein De Vallei werkt volledig op biologisch-dynamische grondslag.

Wijnsoorten: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Ortega, Siegerrebe en Dornfelder
Wijnassortiment: witte, rode, rosé wijnen en mousserende wijn méthode traditionnelle
