De F14 fietsostrade loopt langs de spoorweg van Antwerpen door Ekeren, Kapellen en Kalmthout naar het station van Essen, aan de grens met Nederland. Het traject is nog niet volledig befietsbaar, hier en daar zijn er omleidingen. Het stuk tussen Ekeren en Antwerpen is wel klaar en leidt je in rechte lijn over een goed berijdbaar fietspad van Ekeren naar Antwerpen. Onderweg heb je mooie vergezichten.
