Een inspirerend gebouw
Het Antwerpse provinciehuis is een echte blikvanger. Architect Xaveer De Geyter maakte een markant ontwerp met 683 driehoekige ramen en een in het oog springende ‘zwenk’. Het inspirerende gebouw is een visitekaartje voor een moderne en efficiënte administratie, die er eind 2018 haar intrek nam. Helemaal onderaan, in het balkvormige volume, bevindt zich een uniek congrescentrum met een capaciteit van 350 personen. De publiek toegankelijke tuin rond het provinciehuis is een nieuwe groene long van bijna 23 000 m².
