Dit buitengewoon hoog, neoklassiek hardstenen kruis uit 1819 werd oorspronkelijk geplaatst op de begraafplaats van Eupen voordat het in 1882 naar Heidberg werd verplaatst.
Het vierkante, bijna 5 m hoge kruis heeft een basis met drie niveaus. Aan de achterkant staat een gotische inscriptie en een afbeelding van een monstrans. Lichaam van Christus, zandsteen, zeer expressief, geïnstalleerd in 1923 door de Eupense beeldhouwer Christian Stüttgen (1876-1942).
