Esta cruz de piedra dura neoclásica, excepcionalmente alta, del año 1819, fue colocada originalmente en el cementerio de Eupen antes de ser trasladada a Heidberg en 1882.
La cruz cuadrada de casi 5 m de altura tiene una base de tres niveles. En la parte posterior hay una inscripción gótica y una imagen de una custodia. Cuerpo de Cristo, de piedra arenisca, muy expresivo, instalado en 1923 por el escultor de Eupen Christian Stüttgen (1876-1942).
